  Aldens Carpets was such a wonderful experience for my husband and I ! The sales reps were so helpful and professional, they were very knowledgeable on all the different products available.They had a great selection! In the end they helped us find the exact thing we wanted! Our Laminate flooring is absolutely gorgeous! I will be referring them to everyone I know who is in the market. Thank you so much guys!

  Well where should I start..... My Step-Mom ordered carpet and they kept giving her the run around. The owner called her and promised her that the carpet was going to be in by 10am. Well I went to go pick it up for her and I was told that they wont have it in till about 2pm. I asked if I could go pick up the item and the driver said he wouldn't wait for me from there distributor in cypress... So I went in and the owner had a horrible attitude he kept telling me how his distributor F****ed him over and over.... First off I don't care what happened I just want my carpet... He kept using the F word in every sentence.... Having a Bad Day Buddy..... Way to run a business... Very Classy.... Now after waiting around for 2 more hours the carpet had arrived and the second piece of carpet was already at the shop.... The one I was waiting for I could of come back and got other one at a later date.... So I went back into the shop and asked the owner why know one told me that one of the carpets was already here. I could of went and dropped it off and came back later for the second one... Well the owner just goes crazy on my and told me to F**K off a few times and kicks me out of his shop... I think he thought I was a worker/installer not the costumer... Then he calls my step-mom and starts running his mouth to her and makes her all up-set... Never Use this shop... And for the owner well enough said (Karma will get ya)
