  I am lucky enough to be married to the most wonderful man in the world. He unfortunately tried to suprise me with the most thoughtful birthday I could ever have imagined. He started oput with a romantic ocean view suite at a luxry resort, a bed of rose pedals ,and a beautifully wrapped gift on my pillow. It was one of the happiest moments of my life. I cried with tears of joy. When I oped the box to see what appeared to be diamond earrings. Big diamonds and a very big reciept. Through tear filled eyes they were stunning. To my suprise, after I really looked at in the light. The stones looked like they were of very poor quality. My wonderful husband was also suprised to see what he had purchased from what he thought to be a reputable jewelry store. My mr. Wonderful paid $15,000.00 for crap! We took them back to the store, and we were refused a refund. The earrings were I have are worth at best 2,000.00. Any business that cares about their reputation would have taken them back and given a full refund. I was offered only a store credit. I will never shop at this store again and I don't want to see anyone else become a victum of this kind of robbery. I am happy to sat that after leaving this store, I found a lovely shop just a few doors down, that had a warm inviting atmosphere. I spoke to a very nice man and his charming son, they took fantastic care of us and I am happy with my beautiful diamond earrings.

  A very knowledgeable staff and friendly owners. They don't pressure you to buy or sell your items and I just don't see how the previous poster's claim is real... my experience with Estate Watch, Jewelry & Loan has been nothing but the best.
